Pamela Chester
Pamela Chester is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute who also holds a Master's degree in Food Studies from New York University. A contributor to the Mobil Travel Guide and The Oxford Encyclopedia of Cheese, Pam has worked in noteworthy restaurants and as a private caterer in New York City.
She has also recently worked in specialty food marketing and marketing research. Pam has volunteered her time developing and teaching a children's cooking program and has volunteered for City Harvest and the Prospect Park Alliance. When she is not in the kitchen experimenting with recipes, Pam enjoys long distance running, yoga, traveling, and is working on developing her green thumb. She lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband John, son Jack, and dog Sadie.
